Sen Sushi was established in Feb 2018. After five years, we moved to Wokingham and changed the name to Sen Ichie. Sen means fresh. Ichie is from a Japanese idiom Ichigo ichie, which describes a concept of treasuring the unrepeatable nature of a moment. Update description
